Downloadable Products for weight management.Skip directly to the therapies... Many clients use self hypnpsis to overcome weight issues. Simply play them on your MP3 player or Ipod when you are ready to go to bed. Many clients have found these therapeutic tools extremely valuable. Here is some feedback from one client about how hypnosis helped her with her challenges with food. "It was amazing! I didn't have the overwhelming urges to eat anymore and I felt so relieved and empowered. It is still unbelievable to me, after all the time and money I have spent on diet after diet, that all it really took was a few sessions with you and I'm a changed woman. I know I will still have challenges, but facing those challenges now isn't as scary as it was 3 weeks ago. " I have several recommendations to go along with this, as I regularly work with clients on a one on one basis concerning weight: Firstly, keep in mind that a weight management program that does not include exercise is a waste of time. You will need to think in terms of some level of exercise - even if it is only 5% more than you are doing today if you are serious about loosing weight. Secondly, think healthily about weight. I am painfully aware of the terrible affliction of anorexia and bulimia as I work with some clients who suffer terribly from these conditions. Please keep your ideas of what is acceptable in terms of weightloss realistic. Up to one in ten women experience an eating disorder during their early adult lives. If you find you are in this group, please don't be ashamed - address the issue. Should you need help with bulimia or anorexia, contact me by all means. Thirdly, keep in mind there is an emotional component to weight loss that is often overlooked. You need to work on self esteem and confidence as much as diet. Understanding a little about 'who you are' is a good place to start. I always recommend Dale Carnegies book, 'Stop Worrying And Start Living' for clients as a good place to start in their quest for a more comfortable emotional foundation. Fourth, keep in mind the effects of alcohol on weight. It's going to have an impact if you drink regularly, whether you like it or not. Finally - there are no miracle cures. If you loose weight at a rate of more than four pounds a week, the chances are it's going straight back on as soon as you are off your diet. A healthy rate is three pounds a week - with moderation applied in all that you do and eat. I was amazed to welcome a client to my office the other day. I said how pleased I was to meet her, as I do with most first time clients. She replied 'But we met six months ago...' I had no memory of this and was sure I'd never seen her before. Although I see a great many clients, I generally remember them. Then she smiled and added 'It's ok, I get this alot recently. I was fifty pounds heavier then...' She was quite lieterally, a different woman. I will be adding some additional files to this page soon, so check back regularly to see what has been added. There are instances when sound files such as these are more effective than one on one therapies. Some people find it hard to work directly with a therapist and simply respond better to an audio file. Others simply cannot discuss the issues they struggle with, and so have few alternatives but to manage their situation alone. These therapies are constructed specifically to help manage situations and provide relief. Thank you so much! I don't know how you do it but it works...I can see why you have a license plate that says "Hypno 1" : ) Take care, Rose" What to do next: 1. Select a therapy session. 2. Click on the 'Buy it now' button. 3. You will be taken to a system that allows you to pay online. Once the payment is complete, you are fowarded to a page which will allow you to download your file. 4. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. 5. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
