Treatment Plans

These plans are designed to provide you with a series of therapies - one a day - that will combine to form a plan that will see you through the issue you are dealing with. In the section about 'How To Use' these products you will find information relating to the individual use of a therapy. This section deals with how you can combine a series of therapies together to maximise their impact. The examples below will give you a template around which to build your own treatment plans. Ideally you should try and incorporate an element of diet, sleep and exercise wherever possible. Overcoming an issue is rarely about dealing with one aspect in isolation. Each plan should be repeated several times for best results.

 

Overcoming Depression

Many clients come to me to battle challenges with depression. Successful management of depression includes sensible diet choices, establishing at least some form of exercise regime (however basic), and mastering the feelings of being overwhelmed. With this in mind the treatment plan below was created. When you at your lowest ebb you'll find you can be lifted up by things you least expect.
