Making Decisions.

What is the worst decision of all? No decision. Leadership skills are based on the idea that we can make decisions and act on them. Sometimes the decision is not going to be perfect, but that's fine. As long as we are moving generally in the right direction, we are progressing.

As a father of a teenage son, I remember his comment about one particular computer game he played. 'Stand still, and die!" The human body performs best in motion - and we are the same at a psychological level. Make a decision, and go with it. Perhaps it will require correction, but at least you'll be in a position to do something.

What to do next:
