Overcome your fears; get that first date. The relationship you want is just a first date away. This therapy gives you confidence to make it happen.

Some people have a natural ability and ease that allows them to easily move into situation where they can comfortably secure that first date. Not all of us are blessed with this ability. However, we are blessed with the ability to learn. This therapy will allow you to master a few simple techniques to secure that date with ease and confidence.

What to do next:

1. Click on the 'Buy it now' button.

2. You will be taken to a system that allows you to pay online. Once the payment is complete, you are fowarded to a page which will allow you to download your file.

3. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. You can also download the file by using the right mouse button and selecting 'Save target as'.

4. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
