This file helps clients relax and become comfortable with a submissive approach to sex. Releasing control need not be a frightening experience. Rather, it can be a liberating process that builds self confidence, when managed correctly. For any client who chooses to allow their partner to take the lead, this file is a comfortable place to begin the process of handing control safely to their partner.

What to do next:

1. Click on the 'Buy it now' button.

2. You will be taken to a system that allows you to pay online. Once the payment is complete, you are fowarded to a page which will allow you to download your file.

3. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. You can also download the file by using the right mouse button and selecting 'Save target as'.

4. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
