You are going to go drug free for three days. After that, you can review things. Here's the therapy that has been used to great effect with countless clients. In the journey ahead, you are going to go through many challenges, but this sets you off to a good start.

The therapy you download for this will allow you to work on this privately. Listen to it nightly and you'll find it helps. Put it on prior to sleep and allow it to put you to sleep.

What to do next:

1. Click on the 'Buy it now' button.

2. You will be taken to a system that allows you to pay online. Once the payment is complete, you are fowarded to a page which will allow you to download your file.

3. When the option to play or save is displayed, select 'save'. Save the file to a location on you computer such as 'My Documents'. You can also download the file by using the right mouse button and selecting 'Save target as'.

4. Either load your therapy to your Mp3 player, or run it directly from your computer. Please do so in a place in which you can relax completely. The best place is your bedroom just before you go to sleep.
