We use our Facebook fanpage to announce auctions on Ebay. We offer a package of three therapies in an auction, usually at least once a month. You can use these yourself or offer them to your friends. I endeavour to see that there is regularly fresh content on this system, and it is fairly general in nature, so you can listen to it in the evenings as you go to bed. It may be a therapy related to relaxing, getting proper sleep, eating sensibly, or motivating you to exercise. Whatever it is, it will help you sleep and give you a beneficial session.
